This is Blackberry checking in for Straight from the Rescues’ Mouths. Today I’m just sitting back and relaxing. This was hay week and which equals a very stressful and busy week around here. The great news is that we were able to get all our hay up dry! We need a lot more hay to feed all of us during the winter.
Other news is that my home Illinois Horse Rescue of Will County welcomed 5 new rescues, 2 bunnies, 2 Belgians, and 1 goat. We also said goodbye this week to Cow, Winfrey, and Suma who were all adopted. Cody, Suma’s, best bud is still sad but Mav has been keeping him company. That’s all for this week.
