This is Samson checking in for Straight from the Rescues’ Mouths. I’m going to give you the month overview because February was a very busy month. And Spring is around the corner! We have had a super mild winter, but we have missed the snow. I love running around with my pal in the snow.
So other then a mild winter with no snow my human pals have been busy planning different fundraisers to help support all of us unwanted animals. You can check out upcoming events at https://www.illinoishorserescue.org/events.
That brings us to the next topic. We hope everyone received my homes plea for donations. Illinois Horse Rescue of Will County has been having a very difficult time financially. The cost to care for us has gone up just like it has for everyone else. Could you please donate $10 today?
One of the major costs we have for the next 3 months is Vet bills. My pals and I will cost around $400 each to have all our Spring work up done. If anyone would think about donating toward our medical bills we would greatly appreciate!
The last thing. A Huge Shout out to everyone who came out for Comedy for the Critters! They didn’t allow me to go but I heard that it was a great night!
